Refund policy
- Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981
- The transaction can be canceled by contacting the company's customer service by phone or e-mail. The cancellation of the transaction will be effective only after receiving a fax or e-mail from the company confirming the request to cancel the transaction. In the event that the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the company, with all costs associated with returning the product being borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, and within 30 days of the date of purchase of the product.
- In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the company will refund the customer the amount paid for the product within 30 days, excluding shipping costs.
- If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee.
The cancellation policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased on the Site. The Company will not handle returns of products purchased through any other source.
