Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Returns & Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your purchase and return a product in accordance with the timeframes and conditions set forth under Israeli law.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds

If an order is canceled and the product is returned in accordance with applicable law, the refund will be processed in accordance with the legal requirements and, where applicable and possible, issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

A cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law, of up to 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, except in cases where the law provides otherwise, such as when the product is defective or does not match the order.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or product, provided the item is returned in its original condition, has not been worn or washed, and all original tags and labels remain attached.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from your order, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and a photo of the product.

We will handle your request in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return or exchange is requested for reasons other than a defective product or an error in your order, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs, in accordance with our store policy and applicable law.

If the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
